A long day at work is over. Some special cases made the day tough but interesting - two patients with malignant tumors (biopsy taken to give correct diagnosis), one patient came back with a severe late presenting infection (incision, drainage and meds), another had perforation to antrum (soft tissue surgery), and an old man with severe periodontitis (gum infection) needed 27 teeth extracted!
