This week’s dental work was different than the rest of our time in South Africa. We traveled to different remote clinics and sat up our own portable equipment, offering pain relief through extractions. People in the rural areas of Zululand don’t often have the opportunity to get help and hundreds showed up. It reminded us once again how divided this country is between the “normal” western way of living in the central areas and the poor countryside. Dag
