I am not surprised but it still amazes me, the severe conditions people come with to our clinic due to long lasting lack of dental care. These first few days have been dominated by infections - in soft tissue and in bone. How do they manage with years and years of chronic infections? Hmmm... I don't think I'll ever understand what it is like not to have access to basic help. Dag
